Ingredients
Apple Fries
3 apples, peeled, cored, cut into 8 wedges
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
Caramel Dip
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Peel, core, and cut apples into 8 equal wedges each.
2. Toss apple wedges with flour until evenly coated.
3. Combine graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a small bowl.
4. Dip floured wedges in beaten eggs, letting excess drip off.
5. Coat wedges in the graham mixture, pressing gently so it sticks.
6. Grease or line the air fryer basket and place wedges without overlap.
7. Air fry at 380°F for 8 minutes until crisp and golden.
8. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
9. Serve apple fries warm with the caramel dip.

Do not overlap wedges in the basket for best crisping.
Serve right away since the coating softens if it sits.
