Description

Warm cinnamon and maple-glazed air fryer apples taste like apple pie filling without the crust. They are naturally sweet, ready in minutes, and perfect for dessert, breakfast, or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale

2 red apples (Pink Lady, Honey Crisp, or Gala), peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tbsp maple syrup, divided

1 tbsp melted coconut oil (refined, no taste)

1 tsp cinnamon

Non-stick spray

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F; lightly spray basket with non-stick spray.

2. Toss apple cubes with 1 tbsp maple syrup, coconut oil, and cinnamon until well coated.

3. Place apples in air fryer basket without overcrowding.

4. Air fry 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and slightly crisp outside, tender inside.

5. Toss warm apples with remaining 1 tbsp maple syrup before serving.

Notes

Maple syrup can be replaced with honey.

Coconut oil can be swapped with olive oil or olive oil spray.

Enjoy best within 20 minutes for peak flavor and texture.

Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge up to 4 days; reheat in microwave 30–45 seconds.

Double or triple recipe, cooking in batches if needed.
