Description

Air Fryer Baked Potato with crispy skin and fluffy inside. This quick air fryer method cooks russet potatoes perfectly in about 40 minutes with simple seasoning.


Ingredients

3 russet potatoes (about 300 g each)

1½ tablespoons oil

Salt

Black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if the appliance requires preheating.

2. Scrub potatoes thoroughly under water and dry completely with a towel to help the skins crisp.

3. Rub each potato evenly with oil and season all sides with salt and pepper.

4. Pierce the center of each potato once with a fork.

5. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket with space between them.

6. Cook at 400°F for about 40 minutes until the skin is crisp and the inside is tender.

7. Check doneness by inserting a knife into the center; if it slides in easily they are ready.
