Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Trim and clean the Brussels sprouts, removing any loose leaves
2. Place sprouts in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
3. Arrange sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket
4. Cook at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes
5. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even crisping
6. Remove when crispy outside and tender inside
7. Serve immediately for best texture
