Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Mix olive oil with salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl to form a paste.
2. Pat chicken dry and coat evenly with spice paste.
3. Place chicken in a single layer in air fryer basket.
4. Cook at 370°F for 10 minutes.
5. Flip chicken and cook for 4–8 more minutes, until internal temp reaches 160°F.
6. Remove and tent with foil. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
No brining needed — the oil-spice paste keeps the chicken juicy.
For even cooking, always flip halfway through.
If chicken is undercooked, return to air fryer for 2–3 more minutes.
