Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter (for coating)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for coating)
2 tablespoons red, green, and white holiday sprinkles
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F for even cooking.
2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until soft dough forms.
5. Lightly flour hands, roll dough into 1-inch balls, and set aside.
6. Arrange balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
7. Cook for 7–8 minutes, shaking once midway, until golden and firm.
8. While warm, dip each donut hole in melted butter and coat with cinnamon-sugar.
9. Add holiday sprinkles on top and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
Lightly flour your hands to prevent sticking.
Donut holes should feel firm and spring back when done.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
