Description
Juicy Filet Mignon made in the air fryer with a crisp exterior and tender center. This quick and easy steak delivers restaurant-style flavor at home in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
2 filet mignon steaks (1.5–2 inches thick)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Optional: blue cheese for topping
Instructions
1. Bring steaks to room temperature for 10 minutes and pat dry
2. Rub steaks with olive oil and season evenly with salt and pepper
3. Mix butter with garlic and parsley, then chill
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F
5. Place steaks in basket in a single layer
6. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through
7. Check internal temperature with thermometer
8. Remove steaks and rest under foil for 5 minutes
9. Top with butter and serve warm
