Scale

1 cup sliced pickles

2 large eggs

3 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon hot sauce

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ cup minced onions

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried dill (optional)

Instructions

1. Dry pickles thoroughly with paper towels.

2. Whisk eggs, flour, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

3. Place panko breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.

4. Dip each pickle into the egg wash, then coat in panko, and place on a baking sheet.

5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

6. Arrange pickles in a single layer, spray with oil, and air fry 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown.

7. Mix all dip ingredients in a small bowl.
