Crispy, golden Air Fryer Parmesan Zucchini Chips — a perfect summer snack ready in minutes!
Ingredients
3 medium zucchini
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 large eggs
1 cup bread crumbs (Panko or Italian)
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp spray oil
Instructions
1. Slice zucchini into 1/4-inch rounds.
2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning in a shallow dish.
3. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
4. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan in another bowl.
5. Dip zucchini in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
6. Spray air fryer basket with oil, arrange zucchini in a single layer.
7. Spray tops with oil.
8. Air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes.
9. Flip and air fry another 5 minutes until golden.
Notes
Use a mandoline for even slices.
Salt and pat zucchini dry for crispier chips.
Flip halfway for even cooking.
Try garlic powder or other favorite seasonings.
