Description

This Apple Cider Vinegar Drink is a tangy, lightly sweet, and refreshing wellness beverage made with pineapple, raw honey, mint, turmeric, lime, and sparkling water. Ready in just 5 minutes, it works beautifully as a daily wellness tonic or a fizzy mocktail base.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup pineapple chunks or 1/2 cup 100% pineapple juice without added sugar

2 tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup

2 to 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, to taste

2 fresh mint leaves, chopped, plus extra for garnish

1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, to taste

1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger, optional

1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

6 to 12 ounces sparkling water, to taste

Optional crushed ice

Optional lime slices for garnish

Instructions

1. If using pineapple chunks, blend them with honey or maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, mint, cayenne, turmeric, ginger if using, and lime juice until smooth to create a concentrate.

2. If using pineapple juice, whisk all ingredients together until fully combined to create the concentrate.

3. Transfer the concentrate to an airtight container and refrigerate if making ahead.

4. To serve, pour the desired amount of concentrate into a glass.

5. Dilute with 6 to 12 ounces sparkling water, adjusting to your preferred strength.

6. Stir well, add crushed ice if desired, and garnish with mint and lime slices before serving.

Notes

Increase cayenne for more heat if desired.

Adjust apple cider vinegar, mint, and lime juice to enhance tangy flavor.

The concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator for up to six weeks in a sealed container.

Adjust sparkling water to control strength and fizz level.

If using pineapple juice instead of chunks, whisking is sufficient and blending is not required.
