Description

Juicy and flavorful baked turkey meatballs made with simple pantry ingredients, ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or pairing with pasta, rice, or sandwiches.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ground turkey

1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 large eggs

¼ cup milk

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a medium baking dish.

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.

3. Shape into 1½- to 2-inch balls and arrange in the baking dish.

4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and tops are slightly browned.

Notes

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the mix if meatballs seem too dry.

Avoid overmixing to prevent tough texture.

Use a food processor to finely chop onion and garlic.

Panko or plain breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning can be substituted.

Maintain uniform ball size for even cooking.
