Description
Creamy no-bake Banana Pudding Easter Truffles with crushed vanilla wafers, pudding mix, and pastel chocolate coating. Perfect for Easter dessert trays or edible gifts.
Ingredients
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
1 package (3.4 oz) dry banana pudding mix
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
Food coloring for pastel colors (optional)
Optional toppings: additional crushed vanilla wafers, Easter sprinkles, contrasting melted chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, cream cheese, banana pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
2. Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts and roll into balls.
3. Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill for 30–45 minutes.
4. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
5. If desired, divide melted chocolate and mix in pastel food coloring.
6. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and return to the tray.
7. Before coating sets, add toppings like crushed wafers, sprinkles, or chocolate drizzle.
8. Let truffles set fully at room temperature or in the fridge.
Notes
Chilling helps the truffles keep their shape during dipping.
Melt chocolate in short bursts to avoid burning.
Decorate while the coating is still soft so toppings stick.
Pastel colors and festive toppings make them ideal for Easter.
