Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
½ small yellow onion finely diced
2 Roma tomatoes diced
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro finely chopped
1 jalapeño pepper seeds removed and finely diced
2 garlic cloves minced
1 lime juiced
½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Mash the avocado with a fork until it reaches the preferred texture either chunky or smooth.
3. Add the diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, minced garlic, lime juice, and salt.
4. Mix everything together until evenly combined.
