Description
This Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla is warm, crispy, and naturally sweet with creamy cheese and fresh blueberries. A fast, wholesome breakfast or snack!
Ingredients
1 medium-sized flour tortilla (whole wheat recommended)
1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
2. Spread the Laughing Cow cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
3. Add blueberries on top of the cheese.
4. Lightly sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Fold the tortilla in half over the filling to form a quesadilla.
6. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium.
7. Place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
