Description

You’re going to love this one—imagine the burst of citrus, the creamy texture, and that tropical twist that makes Brazilian Lemonade absolutely irresistible; trust me, you need to try this ASAP!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 whole limes (thin-skinned are best)
  • 6 cups cold, filtered water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (or more to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: Lime wedges or zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the limes—no peeling required.
  2. In a blender, combine lime quarters, cold water, and sugar. Blend for about 30 seconds, just until pulpy.
  3. Use a fine mesh strainer to remove the pulp and peel.
  4. Rinse the blender. Add the strained lime water and sweetened condensed milk. Blend again until frothy.
  5. Pour over a glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with lime wedges or zest.
  6. Optional tweaks: swap sugar for honey or agave, or add mint leaves or a splash of coconut milk.

Notes

Always use a fine mesh strainer to avoid bitterness, and don’t over-blend those limes—let the fresh, frothy magic shine through.
