Ingredients
3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Olive oil (for brushing)
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides.
3. Season generously with salt and pepper.
4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, water, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Place chicken into the baking dish.
6. Pour the sauce evenly over each piece.
