Description

Buffalo Chicken Dip in a Crock Pot is creamy, spicy, and perfect for parties or gatherings. An easy slow cooker appetizer everyone loves.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

8 ounces cream cheese

¾ cup buffalo sauce

1 cup ranch dressing

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish

Carrot sticks, celery sticks, tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

1. Combine chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1 cup cheddar cheese in crock pot; stir.

2. Cover and cook on LOW 3-4 hours or HIGH 1-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

3. Dip is ready when cheese is melted and smooth.

4. Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top; cover and heat until melted.

5. Garnish with green onions; serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

Serve with crispy sides like chips, pitas, breadsticks, and veggies.

Don’t substitute hot sauce for buffalo sauce; buffalo sauce is thicker and made with butter.

Adjust heat/tang by adding butter or sugar if needed.

Use leftovers in sandwiches, over rice or pasta, in wraps or quesadillas.
