Creamy, cheesy, and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip perfect for parties or a cozy meal.
Ingredients
1 lb cooked shredded chicken
8 oz softened cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup Buffalo sauce (Frank’s Red Hot recommended)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus extra for topping
Optional: blue cheese dressing or ranch for drizzling
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, Buffalo sauce, and 1 cup cheddar until smooth.
3. Transfer to a 1.5 qt oven-safe dish and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
4. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
5. Serve hot with dippers or spoon over baked sweet potato.
Notes
To prepare chicken from scratch: Cook on high in slow cooker 4 hours or low 6 hours with salt and pepper.
Microwave option: Heat assembled dip until hot and bubbly.
Slow cooker option: Cook on high 1.5–2 hours, stirring occasionally.
