Instructions

- Toast pecans lightly in a dry skillet if desired, then fold into the dough.
- Scoop 1½ tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the tray in the fridge for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are just set.
- Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
