Description

These Butterfinger Nutter Butter Truffles blend crushed cookies, creamy filling, and crunchy candy in a chocolate shell. They’re a quick, no-bake Christmas dessert that’s creamy, crunchy, and sweet — perfect for gifting or sharing at holiday parties.

Ingredients

Scale

16 oz Nutter Butter cookies, crushed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

10 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars, crushed

16 oz milk chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.

4. Add crushed Butterfinger candy bars and mix well.

5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the lined tray.

6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.

7. Melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

8. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.

9. Set coated truffles back on the tray and sprinkle with crushed Butterfinger pieces.

10. Refrigerate again until the chocolate coating is firm.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for smooth blending.

Chill the truffles before dipping for the best shape and texture.

Work quickly when sprinkling crushed candy on top so it sticks.

Store in the refrigerator to keep them firm and fresh.

Perfect for gifting in small tins or serving on dessert trays.
