Ingredients
16 oz Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
10 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
16 oz milk chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add crushed Butterfinger candy bars and mix well.
5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the lined tray.
6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
7. Melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
8. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
9. Set coated truffles back on the tray and sprinkle with crushed Butterfinger pieces.
10. Refrigerate again until the chocolate coating is firm.
