Ingredients
1 cup cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
½ banana, peeled, chopped, and frozen
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
¼ cup orange juice
Optional: 1 tsp honey (if needed)
Instructions
1. Peel and cube the cantaloupe.
2. Peel, chop, and freeze half a banana.
3. Juice the orange or measure out ¼ cup.
4. Add all ingredients to a blender.
5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
6. Serve immediately in a glass or smoothie bowl.
Notes
Use frozen banana for extra creaminess.
For a thicker smoothie, freeze the cantaloupe ahead of time.
Make it vegan by using plant-based yogurt and swapping juice with almond milk.
