Ingredients
½ cup frozen cherries
½ cup dairy-free milk
2 teaspoons maple syrup
⅛ teaspoon almond extract
3 tablespoons whole chia seeds
Instructions
1. Blend cherries, milk, maple syrup, and almond extract until smooth
2. Pour mixture into a container
3. Stir in chia seeds thoroughly
4. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again
5. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight
6. Stir before serving and adjust sweetness if needed
7. Add toppings if desired
Notes
Use frozen cherries without thawing
Use whole chia seeds only
Adjust maple syrup based on cherry sweetness
Almond extract should be used carefully as it is strong
If pudding is too thin, add more chia seeds and chill longer
If too thick, add a splash of milk
