  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between parchment paper and gently pound to even thickness (about 1/2 to 3/4 inch).
  3. Rub both sides with olive oil, then coat with seasoning mix.
