A quick, fresh, and satisfying Chicken Caesar Wrap with crisp romaine, juicy chicken, creamy dressing, and crunchy croutons. Ready in under 15 minutes for lunch, picnics, or light dinners.
Ingredients
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup homemade croutons
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Toss well to coat. Season to taste. Add extra dressing if desired.
2. Warm tortillas until pliable (15–30 seconds per side in skillet or microwave between paper towels).
3. Place filling in the center of each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll burrito-style. Secure with toothpick if needed. Serve whole or cut in half.
Notes
Best eaten the same day to avoid sogginess.
Store components separately if making ahead.
