Description
Frozen Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt clusters combine creamy Greek yogurt, juicy strawberries, and rich chocolate for an easy, healthy, no-bake snack that feels like dessert.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp refined coconut oil
Instructions
1. Mix strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl until well combined.
2. Scoop about 2 tbsp of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming 10 clusters.
3. Freeze clusters until completely solid, about 1–2 hours.
4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl using 15–30 second intervals, stirring between each.
5. Dip frozen clusters into melted chocolate using a spoon to coat thoroughly.
6. Place dipped clusters back on the baking sheet and optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
7. Freeze again briefly to harden chocolate before serving.
Notes
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking during freezing.
Smaller clusters freeze faster and are easier to coat in chocolate.
Only remove a few clusters from the freezer at a time for dipping to avoid melting.
Coconut oil helps create a smooth, thin chocolate coating.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer; thaw a few minutes before eating.
Can substitute strawberries with other berries, peaches, or cherries.
For vegan version, use plant-based yogurt, maple syrup, and dairy-free chocolate.
