Description

This Christmas Cookie Lush is a creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert layered with vanilla Oreos, peppermint cream cheese, cheesecake pudding, and whipped topping. Perfect for festive gatherings, this easy make-ahead treat combines holiday cheer with cool, refreshing flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

48 vanilla Oreo cookies (divided)

6 tablespoons melted butter

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles (divided)

2 tubs (8 oz each) whipped topping

1 box (3.4 oz) cheesecake instant pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

½ teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

1. Line a 9×13-inch dish with parchment paper if desired. Crush 36 cookies into crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.

2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and ½ tablespoon sprinkles. Press firmly into the dish to form a crust.

3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth and creamy.

4. Fold in one tub of whipped topping and ½ tablespoon sprinkles. Spread evenly over the cookie crust.

5. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Stir in ½ tablespoon sprinkles and spread gently over the cream cheese layer.

6. Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.

7. Crush the remaining 12 cookies and sprinkle over the top with remaining sprinkles.

8. Chill for at least 4 hours or freeze for firmer slices. If frozen, let thaw slightly before serving.

Notes

• Bring cream cheese to room temperature before mixing for smooth texture.

• Chill thoroughly before slicing for clean layers.

• Freeze before slicing for neat presentation.

• Substitute homemade whipped cream if preferred.

• Sugar-free pudding may slightly alter the texture and sweetness.
