Description

These Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups are quick, buttery, and full of sweet cinnamon flavor. A fun, family-friendly breakfast you can make in minutes!

Ingredients

Scale

10 slices soft white sandwich bread (crusts removed)

3 tbsp melted butter

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

3 large eggs

1 tbsp milk

½ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

23 tbsp butter (for frying)

Optional: powdered sugar or glaze for topping

Instructions

1. Cut crusts off the bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.

2. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

3. Spread filling on each slice of bread.

4. Roll each slice tightly.

5. Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.

6. Dip each roll quickly in the egg mix.

7. Fry in butter over medium heat, seam-side down first.

8. Rotate roll-ups to brown all sides.

9. Remove from pan and serve warm with toppings.

Notes

Don’t soak the roll-ups too long in egg mixture.

Use fresh, soft bread for easier rolling.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze up to 1 month.

You can try other fillings like cream cheese, chocolate spread, or fruit.
