Ingredients
1 cup small curd cottage cheese (4% milk fat recommended)
1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
2 teaspoons Everything but the Bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions

2. Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese and pat dry thoroughly.
3. Mix cottage cheese with onion powder if using.
4. Spoon tablespoon sized portions onto baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
5. Gently flatten each portion for even baking.
6. Sprinkle seasoning on top if desired.
7. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, checking around 25 minutes, until edges turn golden.
8. Cool completely on parchment before removing to allow chips to crisp fully.
