Description
Bright, bubbly Thanksgiving punch with cranberry, orange, and prosecco. Ready in 5 minutes. Serves a happy crowd.
Ingredients
2 oranges, sliced (plus extra for garnish)
1 lemon, sliced (plus extra for garnish)
1/2 cup fresh cranberries (plus extra for garnish)
3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup pulp-free orange juice
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp grenadine
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 bottle 750 ml dry prosecco
Ice
Edible fall flowers, optional
Instructions
1. Add orange slices, lemon slices, and cranberries to a large pitcher.
2. Pour in cranberry juice, orange juice, grenadine, and lemon juice.
3. Slowly add prosecco and stir gently to combine.
4. Fill serving glasses with ice, a citrus slice, and a few cranberries.
5. Pour punch over ice and garnish with more citrus and edible flowers.
Notes
Chill all ingredients before mixing for crisp flavor.
Add prosecco last to preserve fizz.
Garnish just before serving for a fresh look.
Make it a mocktail with sparkling water or half sparkling water and half Sprite.
Try pomegranate juice instead of cranberry juice for a twist.
Add a splash of vodka or orange liqueur for a stronger cocktail.
Swap citrus with blood oranges or grapefruit when in season.
Store leftovers in the fridge for 1 to 2 days.
Do not freeze since prosecco loses bubbles.
