Description

A quick and festive cream dessert pizza made with chocolate chip cookie dough, creamy frosting, and Oreo topping. Perfect for Christmas or easy holiday desserts.


Ingredients

1 (16 oz) tube chocolate chip cookie dough, softened

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups powdered sugar

1 to cups chopped Oreos

¼ cup white candy melts or white chocolate chips, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Press cookie dough into a 12-inch circle on a round pizza pan or cookie sheet.

3. Bake for 10–15 minutes until lightly golden.

4. Allow crust to cool completely before frosting.

5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.

6. Spread frosting evenly over cooled cookie base.

7. Top with chopped Oreos.

8. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a piping bag, snip the tip, and drizzle over the top.

9. Slice and serve.

Notes

You can substitute sugar cookie dough or use homemade cookie dough.

Avoid overbaking the crust, as it will continue to set after baking.

Any Oreo variety works — double-stuffed, mint, or golden.

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

For extra flavor, drizzle with red or green candy melts during the holidays.
