Description
A hearty slow cooker dinner featuring smoky kielbasa, tender green beans, and soft potatoes cooked in seasoned broth. Perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.
Ingredients
1 pound kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
8 cups green beans, trimmed and chopped into 1–2 inch pieces
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
1. Chop the potatoes and green beans into bite-sized pieces.
2. Place the kielbasa, green beans, and potatoes in a crockpot.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir everything together to combine.
5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
6. Serve hot, either on its own or over rice or egg noodles.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave after thawing.
Use baby, yellow, red, or russet potatoes depending on preference.
