Description

A crispy, golden Crunch Wrap Supreme filled with seasoned beef, melty cheese, fresh toppings, and a crunchy tostada layer. Perfect for a quick Cinco de Mayo meal or fun weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

2 tablespoons olive oil divided

1 pound ground beef

1 package taco seasoning about 1.25 ounces

4 large flour tortillas warmed

½ cup nacho cheese warmed

4 tostada shells

½ cup sour cream

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 Roma tomato diced

1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions

1. Heat part of the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks

2. Add taco seasoning, mix well, and drain excess fat

3. Place a portion of beef in the center of each tortilla, then add nacho cheese and a tostada shell on top

4. Spread sour cream over the tostada, then layer lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese

5. Fold the tortilla edges tightly toward the center to seal the wrap

6. Heat remaining oil in a skillet and place wrap seam-side down first

7. Cook until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side until browned

8. Serve immediately while hot and crispy

Notes

Warm tortillas before folding to prevent cracking

Do not overfill the wraps to avoid tearing

Always cook seam-side down first to seal properly

Tostada shells can be baked for extra crunch

Tortilla chips can replace tostada shells if needed

You can swap ground beef with chicken, turkey, or vegetarian options

Best enjoyed fresh for the crispiest texture
