Description
Delicious Cherry Pie Bites are quick, flaky, and sweet mini desserts made with crescent dough and cherry pie filling. Perfect for parties or easy treats, they come together in under 30 minutes with simple ingredients.
Ingredients
1 can cherry pie filling (about 21 oz)
2 tubes crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
1 cup powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
2. Separate the crescent dough and press each piece into muffin cups, placing the wider end at the base.
3. Fill each dough cup generously with cherry pie filling.
4. Fold the dough edges over the filling, leaving small gaps if needed.
5. Bake for about 13–14 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
6. Mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth to form a glaze.
7. Drizzle glaze over the warm baked bites before serving.
Notes
Ensure the dough is fully baked and lightly browned on top.
Filling may bubble over slightly during baking and that is normal.
Adjust glaze thickness by adding more or less milk.
Best served warm but can also be slightly cooled before serving.
You can use apple, blueberry, or strawberry filling for variation.
