1/2 cup pizza sauce

Black olives
Fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C) with baking tray inside to heat up.
2. Mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl. Warm slightly, stir, and let cool.
3. Spread pizza sauce on each flatbread.
4. Add mozzarella evenly across both flatbreads.
5. Top with pepperoni, jalapeños, and olives.
6. Place pizzas on the preheated tray and bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are slightly charred and cheese is bubbly.
7. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey.
8. Let rest 1–2 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Avoid soggy crust by pre-baking flatbread 2–3 minutes before adding toppings.
Do not bake with honey on top; drizzle it after baking to avoid burning.
Keep toppings light for even cooking and a crisp crust.
Let baked pizza rest briefly before slicing for best texture.
