Description
Easter Cookie Cake is a giant soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie baked in a round pan and decorated with festive Cadbury eggs, Easter M&Ms, white chocolate chips, and vanilla frosting. It is quick to prepare and perfect for Easter celebrations.
Ingredients
17.5 oz chocolate chip cookie mix
½ cup salted butter, softened
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
½ cup Cadbury eggs, divided
½ cup Easter M&Ms, divided
½ cup white chocolate chips
16 oz vanilla frosting
Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform or round cake pan.
2. Mix cookie mix, softened butter, egg, and water until a smooth dough forms.
3. Fold in one-third of the Cadbury eggs, M&Ms, and white chocolate chips.
4. Press dough evenly into the prepared pan.
5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until center is set and lightly golden.
6. While warm, press remaining candies and white chocolate chips on top.
7. Cool completely before removing from pan.
8. Pipe vanilla frosting around edges once fully cooled.
9. Add sprinkles if desired.

Store covered at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Refrigerate up to 3 weeks.
Freeze in an airtight container for 2 to 3 months.
Do not overbake to keep texture soft and chewy.
Allow cake to cool fully before frosting.
