Description

A fun, colorful, no-bake Easter dessert featuring pastel pudding layers, Oreo “dirt,” and festive toppings. Great for kids, parties, and make-ahead entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale

1 package (3.9 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

1 package Oreo cookies, finely crushed with filling removed

Easter Peeps for topping

Easter candy eggs for garnish

Shredded coconut for colored “grass”

Green food coloring for dyeing coconut

Instructions

1. Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes, then let it sit to thicken for 5 minutes.

2. Divide the pudding into two bowls and add different pastel food colorings to each.

3. Fold in Cool Whip gently into each bowl until smooth and fully mixed.

4. Spoon a layer of crushed Oreos into the bottom of each serving cup.

5. Add a layer of colored pudding over the crumbs.

6. Continue layering pudding and crumbs, ending with crumbs on top.

7. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

8. In a container, combine shredded coconut with a few drops of green food coloring and a splash of water, then shake until evenly colored.

9. Before serving, top each cup with green coconut, Easter candy eggs, and Peeps.

Notes

Makes approximately 18 individual servings.

Pastel food coloring can be adjusted as desired.

Green-dyed coconut simulates grass for decoration.

Chilling helps the layers set and enhances flavor.

Ideal for Easter, spring parties, or holiday gatherings.

Can also be made in a 9×13 inch dish instead of individual cups.
