Description

No-bake Easter Egg Oreo Balls made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate coating. These colorful treats are creamy, sweet, and perfect for Easter dessert tables.


Ingredients

8 ounces softened cream cheese

19.1-ounce package Oreo cookies

White almond bark or white chocolate/candy melts for coating

Colored candy melts (optional)

Easter sprinkles for decoration


Instructions

1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

2. Mix the crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.

3. Shape about 1½ tablespoons of the mixture into egg shapes by hand.

4. Place on a parchment-lined sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.

5. Melt the coating chocolate or candy melts in short microwave intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

6. Dip each chilled egg into the melted coating, let excess drip off, and place back on parchment.

7. Decorate immediately with sprinkles or colored candy drizzle.

8. Let the coating set fully before serving. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

Notes

You can use any Oreo variety.

For best results, use a food processor to crush the cookies.

White chocolate, almond bark, or candy melts can all be used for coating.

Optional colored drizzle enhances appearance.
