Description

Apple pie taquitos baked with cinnamon sugar. Golden tortillas wrapped around warm apple filling. Quick, cozy, and ready in about 25 minutes.


Ingredients

1 can apple pie filling

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

6 small flour tortillas

3 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. Stir sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.

3. Spoon 2 tbsp apple pie filling onto each tortilla.

4. Roll tightly and place seam side down on the parchment.

5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.

7. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for extra crunch. Watch closely.

Notes

Use parchment to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.

Let taquitos cool 3–5 minutes so the filling sets.
