Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Cool Whip or whipped topping
½ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)
½ cup toffee bits or chopped Heath bars
Optional: sea salt for topping
Apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, etc., for dipping
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Fold in Cool Whip gently to maintain fluffiness.
3. Spread the mixture evenly in a serving dish.
4. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
5. Sprinkle with toffee bits or chopped Heath bars.
6. Add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
You can use homemade or store-bought caramel sauce.
Heath or Skor bar bits both work well.
Add more caramel and toffee on top for a richer dip.
