Ingredients

Scale

1 apple, cored and cut into 8 wedges

¼ cup light brown sugar

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and divided

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

1 tube (226g) crescent rolls

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, 2 tbsp melted butter, and cinnamon.

3. Unroll crescent dough and separate triangles.

4. Spoon about 1 tbsp of sugar mixture on each triangle and top with 2 apple wedges.

5. Roll up dough starting at the wide end and place on baking sheet.

6. Brush tops with remaining melted butter.

7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown.

8. Cool slightly, then drizzle with glaze (powdered sugar, milk, vanilla).
