Description

Tender, buttery Easy Crockpot Steak Bites simmered in a rich garlic-soy sauce. This no-fuss slow cooker recipe delivers melt-in-your-mouth beef perfect for cozy dinners or meal prep nights.

Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

¼ cup beef broth

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Dry steak cubes thoroughly with paper towels.

2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and pepper. Stir well.

3. Place steak in the crockpot and pour marinade over, making sure all pieces are coated.

4. Distribute butter pieces on top of the steak.

5. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until steak is tender.

6. Optionally garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicy version, mix in 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes to the marinade.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave with a bit of beef broth to prevent drying.

For extra flavor, steak can be seared in a hot pan before slow cooking.
