Ingredients
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt (thick strained type)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
Optional toppings: marinara sauce, grated cheese, sliced onions, sliced olives
Instructions
1. Mix flour, salt, garlic powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Add Greek yogurt and knead by hand until a dough forms, adding a little extra flour if too sticky.
3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
4. Flatten the dough into a greased skillet or roll it onto a parchment-lined tray for thinner crust.
5. Bake the plain crust for 10 minutes to set the base.
6. Remove from oven, add sauce and toppings, then bake for another 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
7. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Avoid over-kneading to keep the crust tender.
Drain excess liquid from yogurt if it’s too watery.
