Description
A colorful, crunchy, and no-bake Valentine’s Day treat made with OREOs, almond bark, and candy drizzle. Perfect for gifting, parties, or sharing with someone sweet.
Ingredients
12 OREO cookies
24 oz white almond bark (chopped into 1-inch pieces)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup red candy wafers
1/3 cup bright pink candy wafers
1/4 cup Valentine’s M&M candies (or festive sprinkles)
Instructions
1. Split OREO cookies and arrange them into a 6-by-4 rectangle on a wax paper or Silpat-lined baking sheet.
2. Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl: heat for 1 minute, stir, then continue in 30-second intervals until smooth.
3. In two small bowls, add red wafers with 1 tbsp oil and pink wafers with the other tbsp. Microwave each for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted.
4. Pour melted almond bark over OREOs, fully covering them. Drizzle melted pink and red candy randomly over the top.
5. Sprinkle M&Ms over the candy bark while still wet.
6. Chill the tray in the fridge for 1 hour. Once set, cut into irregular pieces.
Notes
Don’t overheat almond bark; melt gradually and stir between intervals to prevent seizing.
Add 1 tsp oil per color to candy wafers for smoother drizzle.
Let bark set at room temperature for an hour before breaking for clean edges.
Store in airtight containers; lasts up to 2 weeks at room temp or 3 weeks in the fridge.
