Description

This homemade Electrolyte Drink combines filtered water, fresh citrus juice, raw honey, and mineral-rich sea salt to naturally replenish electrolytes lost through sweating, heat, exercise, illness, or dehydration.

Ingredients

Scale

16 oz filtered water

4 oz freshly squeezed citrus juice such as lime and orange

2 teaspoons raw honey

1/8 teaspoon mineral-rich sea salt such as pink Himalayan, Real Salt, or Celtic sea salt

Instructions

1. Add the filtered water to a jar or bottle.

2. Pour in the freshly squeezed citrus juice.

3. Add the raw honey and mineral-rich sea salt.

4. Seal the container tightly.

5. Shake well until the honey and salt fully dissolve.

6. Drink immediately for best freshness.

Notes

Use mineral-rich sea salt instead of refined table salt for better electrolyte balance.

Raw honey provides natural sugars and minerals that support quick energy.

Fresh citrus juice adds potassium and calcium that help maintain hydration.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and shake before drinking.
