Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth and creamy.
- Spread refried beans in a 9×13-inch dish. Layer the cream cheese mixture, then salsa, then shredded Mexican cheese blend.
- Top with sliced green onions and diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle crushed blue corn chips in the top-left corner for the flag’s blue field. Add cheese stars on top.
- Create alternating rows of tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese for stripes.
