Ingredients
1 lb Ribeye Steak (or Sirloin/NY Strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp Olive oil or Avocado oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
3 tbsp Unsalted butter (melted)
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
2. Trim excess fat and cut steak into 1-inch cubes.
3. In a bowl, toss steak with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Place steak cubes in air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Air fry for 7–8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
6. While steak cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
7. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
8. Let steak rest for 2–3 minutes, then toss in garlic butter.
9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Cut steak evenly for best cooking results.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
Let the steak rest before tossing in butter to keep it juicy.
Optional: Marinate in soy sauce, Worcestershire, and honey for extra flavor.
Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
