Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken: quick, cozy, and full of rich garlic-Parmesan flavor. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you crave comfort food.


Ingredients

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

Salt

Pepper

2 teaspoons parsley

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

¾ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons flour

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 ¾ cups chicken broth

¼ cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1 teaspoon honey

½ chicken bouillon cube

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon oregano

½ teaspoon basil

½ teaspoon parsley


Instructions

1. Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise, pound to ½ inch thick, season with salt, pepper, parsley.

2. Heat olive oil in skillet, sear chicken 4-5 minutes per side until golden, set aside.

3. Deglaze pan with wine or broth, cook garlic 2-3 minutes.

4. Add butter and flour, stir 1-2 minutes.

5. Whisk in sauce mixture gradually, bring to boil then simmer 8 minutes.

6. Reduce heat, stir in Parmesan and lemon juice.

7. Return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over, heat through 5 minutes.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Grate Parmesan fresh for better melt and flavor.

Use a 12-inch skillet for even reduction.

Substitute pork chops if preferred.
