- 6 ears of fresh corn
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced or roasted)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Prep corn by removing silk, keeping husks if desired.
- Melt butter and stir in garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Grill corn for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Baste with garlic butter mid-way and after grilling.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish. Serve hot.
Notes
Add smoked paprika or chili flakes for heat. Squeeze lime juice for a zesty twist. Garlic butter can be prepped in advance and refrigerated for up to 5 days.
