  • Author: Lina Hart
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 6 ears 1x

Description

Juicy, sweet corn grilled to perfection, slathered in garlicky butter and topped with savory Parmesan — the ultimate summer BBQ side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 ears of fresh corn
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced or roasted)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Prep corn by removing silk, keeping husks if desired.
  2. Melt butter and stir in garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill corn for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Baste with garlic butter mid-way and after grilling.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish. Serve hot.

Notes

Add smoked paprika or chili flakes for heat. Squeeze lime juice for a zesty twist. Garlic butter can be prepped in advance and refrigerated for up to 5 days.
