- Green fondant
- 12 goldfish crackers
- White sugar pearl sprinkles
- Optional: aquatic themed sprinkles
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar gradually, then mix in vanilla, cream, and blue coloring. Whip until smooth.
- Core each cupcake and fill with fish-themed sprinkles. Replace tops gently.
- Pipe blue frosting onto cupcakes using a star tip to create wave-like swirls.
- Insert a pretzel stick as a fishing pole. Attach white fondant line from pretzel to a goldfish cracker.
- Decorate with twisted green fondant for lake greenery and sugar pearls for bubbles. Add aquatic sprinkles if desired.
