- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or honey balsamic glaze)

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 450°F. Clean and oil the grates lightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Toss zucchini slices in the marinade. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
- Place slices directly on the grill or in a grill basket. Grill for 10 minutes on one side until charred.
- Flip and grill another 3–4 minutes.
- Drizzle any leftover glaze over the zucchini, sprinkle with Parmesan and chopped basil before serving.
